Our office has more bricks than a Minecraft tutorial and we wouldn't have it any other way. On site, backing each other up, fuelled by good coffee, as spaceships aren't built from home and we've got a moon to reach.
The English Garden starts where our street ends, so lunch rarely stays at a desk. A walk through the park, a jog, or a quick jump into the Eisbach to restart the engine. Wellpass covers sports and activities, and the showers back at the office handle the rest.

Studio life is intense, so we make sure the rest of it isn't. Rafting trips, hiking, foosball tournaments, Glühwein nights and suspiciously competitive ugly sweater contests. And we celebrate Oktoberfest not just once a year.

Every two weeks, the build hits the big screen and we hand controllers to friends, family and anyone else willing to tell us the truth. Pizza is provided, mercy is not.
